Haggis dumplings with crushed turnips and whisky sauce

Turnip and ginger soup (V)

Main course:

Roast chicken breast with Stornoway black pudding, clapshot, seasonal greens, Arran mustard sauce

Vegetarian haggis with clapshot and seasonal greens, Arran mustard sauce (V)

Clapshot is a traditional Scottish dish combining swede, turnips and potatoes with the addition of chives

Dessert:

“Cranachan” a traditional Scottish dessert - Sweet summer raspberries folded into cream flavoured with honey whisky and toasted oatmeal
