Ham hock terrine with beetroot piccalilli and toasted sourdough
Smoked salmon with lemon and capers
Roast venison with chateaux potato and red berry jus
Green pea and Herb crusted cod fillet with tomato butter sauce
Goats cheese and beetroot gnocchi with a toasted walnut salad(V)
Sticky toffee pudding with clotted ice cream
Fresh fruit plate with lime sorbet
Selected Scottish cheese with oatcakes and chutney
